I used PVA glue to stick part of the sole back onto the rest of the boot. Spread it on quite thickly and used a clamp to hold it on until the glue dried.
- Why did you repair the object?
They were leaking through that gap, the rest of the boots were OK. Didn’t want to chuck them just yet.

It’s better for the planet.
