- How was the object repaired?
The old threshold on the door had rotted away to almost nothing so I doubt a new piece from the hardware shop cut to size. Then I sanded away all the rotted leftover bits from the old bar and glued and pinned the new piece in place.
- Why did you repair the object?
I didn’t want the rot to spread to the rest of the door and it was getting unsightly.
- Why do you think it is important to repair things?
Less rubbish, more usage.
